Chew Sutat
Non-Executive Director
Sutat is Head of Equities & Fixed Income, where he is responsible for the equities and fixed income listing, trading and post trade businesses and securities product sales for SGX globally. Mr Chew joined SGX in June 2007 and was appointed to the Executive Management Committee in May 2008. He is also Chairman of SGX’s Bull Charge CSR initiatives.
Prior to SGX, he was Group Head, Investment & Treasury Products at Standard Chartered Bank, where he was responsible for the strategy and development of the bank’s existing geographic franchises and new ventures for Global Wealth Management.
Before Standard Chartered Bank, Mr Chew was with OCBC Securities, where he headed the development of non-traditional investment products and services and the proprietary trading team. He began his career with DBS Bank in the Custody function and held varying portfolios in strategic planning and business development for institutional banking and private clients.
Outside of SGX, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) and Chairman of IBF’s Sub-Committee for Corporate Finance, Securities & Futures. He sits on the President’s Advancement Advisory Council at the National University of Singapore and serves as industry advisor for the Government Parliamentary Committee for Finance, Trade & Industry. In addition, he serves as Chairman of Caregivers Alliance Limited (Charity), Vice-Chairman of Kaki Bukit Citizens’ Consultative Committee and on the board of Trustees for the Center for Domestic Employees.
Mr Chew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (1st Class Honours) degree in Philosophy Politics & Economics (PPE) from Oxford University, Keble College in 1996. He also holds a Master of Arts degree from Oxford.

Jeffrey Fang
Advisor, Corporate Affairs
Jeffrey has over 14 years of corporate and capital markets experience, spanning roles in corporate development, operations management, financial communications and public affairs. He is also an active seed investor with interest in sectors such as fintech, communications, infotech, and healthtech.
He was previously Director of Strategic and Public Affairs at Singapore investment company Temasek, where he built up and led the global M&A communications function, as well as the media relations, and crisis/issues management teams. During his 8 years with Temasek, Jeffrey handled leadership communications, issue advocacy, and strategic relations in Singapore, US and China.
Jeffrey started his career in healthcare management with a leading regional healthcare platform and subsequently moved into strategic consulting, specialising in public affairs and financial communications.
Jeffrey holds an MA in International Relations and Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a BA in Mass Communication from RMIT University. He also holds an Advanced Diploma from the Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management.

Cecilia Sim, CFA
Head of Syndication
Cecilia has more than 18 years of capital markets experience, spanning roles in corporate finance, structured leading, portfolio management, financial markets analysis and fund raising.
She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and corporate finance in Singapore before she moved to the USA to pursue her MBA. After graduating from the MBA program, she focused on due diligence and integration work in the San Francisco Bay Area, which also sparked her interest and investment journey into startups. After returning to Singapore, she moved into Structured Lending with Credit Suisse and portfolio management with LGT Capital Management before continuing her start-up journey.
Cecilia holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Accounting from Nanyang Technology University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jeanette Tai
Head of Listings
Jeanette brings with her more than 10 years of experience in the Banking & Finance industry, holding positions in Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Institutional Sales & Trading. In her last role in J.P. Morgan, Jeanette worked with the Equity Capital Markets team where she was involved in the origination and execution of equity fundraising transactions for leading corporates in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. During her time in Investment Banking, Jeanette has successfully completed more than 30 transactions, totaling over US$13 billion in deal value, including IPOs, private placements, rights issues, etc, across diverse sectors.
Prior to Investment Banking, Jeanette spent 3 years in Institutional Sales & Trading where she worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. She was responsible for providing advisory services and marketing capital markets transactions to institutional investors, including mutual funds, insurance companies, private banks, family offices, hedge funds and etc.
Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (First Class Honours) from National University of Singapore. She was also elected as the reserve Valedictorian of her graduating class.

Tessa Ramble
Head of Individual Investor Acquisition
Tessa has held positions in the Fundraising, Institutional Sales and Trading functions for the past 5 years in the banking and finance industry. She was previously based in London working on cross-border M&A deals at an investment bank. Tessa graduated with a Masters in Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London. She currently oversees the individual investor acquisition team at CapBridge.
